1-on-1 Coaching
Our 1:1 coaching sessions are 50 minutes of focused, supportive guidance designed to help you grow with clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll explore your present needs, identify what goals matter most to you, to set your unique course to stability and wholeness.

Crisis Consultations
Crisis Consultations are specialized 75-90 minute sessions designed to restore stability and provide clear next steps during difficulty or sudden hardship. These extended sessions also include practical tools and supportive check-ins between sessions for continued care.
These focused sessions could be of great help for someone who is struggling with:
