A focused two-hour session to establish stability fast, and kick-start momentum with clear direction.

All sessions are conducted online via secure video call, available to clients worldwide.

Safe Steps Consulting offers mental health coaching, not therapy. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you're unsure whether coaching is the right fit, your Clarity Call is a great place to explore that together.

Why We Exist  

 

More than a decade in vocational ministry convinced me of something:  

Faith and mental health belong in conversation with each other, not in separate rooms. I kept meeting people who needed both, and struggled to find them together in one place.

I built Safe Steps Consulting to offer exactly that... care that is rooted in faith, informed by evidence-based research, and genuinely attentive to every part of who you are.

Every coach at Safe Steps Consulting holds a degree in psychology, is board-certified, and has specialized training in trauma and crisis care. We bring academic and professional expertise to every session.
